LET THERE BE LOVE

By Kwame Kwei-Armah

Alfred, a West Indian immigrant living in London, is gruff, grumpy, and tired of growing old. When his daughter hires a young caregiver from Poland to look after him, he is forced to reckon with his past. This humorous and moving family drama explores the powerful grip of memory and longing that lies at the heart of all immigrant experiences -- and what can happen when, at any age, we welcome new possibilities. New York premiere.

UPDATED SAFETY & HEALTH POLICIES

Masks are no longer required -- but are encouraged -- for audiences in the theatre. Disposable masks are still available free of charge for patrons who wish to wear them.

We follow the guidance of federal and state health officials, county health department, and requirements from artist unions. Public Health Policies are subject to change due to current circumstances. Purchase of a ticket represents an agreement to whatever policies are in-place during your performance date. You will be notified of those policies prior to the performance.

Patrons should not visit the theatre if they have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, tested positive for COVID-19 themselves, or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

Air Filtration and Other Measures:

In consultation with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) experts, we have worked to find the best solution to make the barn safer. Air filtration has been upgraded and air circulation has been modified to ensure increased exchange of inside and outside air. We've also installed high-intensity UVC light inside the ductwork to remove airborne and surface contaminants.
